Interactive marketing and automations - effective tools for smart marketing!




What is interactive marketing?

When it comes to an online process, in fact the communication between the potential client and our company is direct and in some of the work methods the client definitely has the ability to react or influence.

The marketing method is based on motivating people according to marketing triggers, the messages are delivered through advertising, mailing and social media. The method is actually suitable for any type of marketing activity, for example: business-to-business activity, business-to-end customer activity, and more.


How can you actually turn a traditional marketing process into interactive marketing and even get a suitable return from it? The right combination between automatic/technological processes must be found, along with precise definitions of what we would like to achieve from this procedure as goals. For example: advertising a real estate project actually requires an advertising process, in which we will include a request to register for a distribution list, immediately upon authorization, the client will automatically receive additional information or supplements to the initial inquiry, after which we will continue with marketing actions such as invitations to conferences, short-term offers and the like.


If at the same time the marketing arm manages an active internet customer club, it will be possible over time to increase the volume of sales due to a correct and efficient process, since as I mentioned in the example, the sales procedure of a real estate project lasts a long time during which we must be in contact with the customer.


In the world of interactive marketing, an action that does not have a numerical output is an action that does not exist. We always work with each task when we know in advance what the client's goals are, and in cases where there are none, we assist in building a plan that will accompany the activity.


It is very easy to get lost in the world of internet advertising, a lot of clicks on paper looks like something good but on paper only, if a campaign generates clicks and does not generate the desired interaction with the customer it is not enough.


One of our main tasks is to create for the client exposed to advertising the insight that will produce a desired interaction. We believe in clear, accurate advertising that speaks in the exact language of the target audience. Creating the interactive marketing route is a fascinating challenge that combines consumer insights, technology, creativity, examining the limits, analytical abilities alongside the ability to fly out far from the box.
