We all know those minutes. The minutes we are not in focus, not concentrated, and looking for how to pass the time. We scroll through social networks, check our phone over and over, or just sit and daydream.
But what if I told you that these minutes can be a tremendous opportunity?

What is the thing that, if you succeed in it today, will advance you the most?
What are the opportunities that have appeared? What are the lessons you learned?
What can be done to get the most out of this day?

Think about very short-term tasks that you have that can be completed in these minutes.
Net profit from a day's work and strengthening the emotional sides and developing additional abilities.
